Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens; once we receive payment or your deposit your spot is secure with us, you're officially in our books which decreases the other orders we can take, and we do not accept cancellations. We will happily work with you on creating something that will meet your needs should a change need to occur.

How far in advance do I need to order?

As soon as possible! All of our pieces are made to order custom items and take time. We request that at a minimum you place your order at least 3 weeks in advance from your Homecoming date. If you're not sure of your Homecoming date please reach out and we can see if we have it or check our main page for a list of known dates.

When will my Mum/Garter be ready?

Pick up's are the Tuesday or Wednesday of the same week of your Homecoming, these pick-ups are after 5pm. We will reach out for a time and location for the pick-up. If you are not able to make it during this time please make prior arrangements with us BEFORE you place your order.

Can I see progress photos of my mum/garter?

We do not provide progress photos of your order due to the amount of orders we receive. Our packages online are designed to tailor you.

Do you ship?

Shipping is available but only in "off season". Off season time is from April-July. Thereafter we only will accept local orders. Please contact us for more details for this feature.
